Project Goals
Help relations between the local nationals and the coalition forces. Comments: An escalation of force incident: U.S. servicemember shot Abdul Rakib Ahmadi when he was entering the main gate at 22 Bunkers (Poli-Charki ASP). He was delivering food to the Turkish Guard Force which occupies a portion of the ASP. The incident occured on 11 Feb 2009 at KMTC and is an EOF incident.
