With the village occupied the gardens and village will be more secure, and the value of the land will increase. It is extremely critical to counter the negative perception that was created with the operations which produced the damage. Creating a positive perception will foster an attitude of pride, leading to better security of the improved infrastructure and agriculture in and around the village. Restoring Charqobla Olya to a pre-operational state will positively effective the operating environment throughout Western Arghandab for years to come.
