Project Description

On 20 September 2009, Haji Mohammed Agha's son Ahsanullah and his nephew Fazli Ahmad were shot by US Special Forces unit. Fazli Ahmad was shot in the leg. The round traveled through one leg and ended up in the other. He was treated in Mirawais Hospital and is recovering. Ahsanullah was wounded in the upper back, was treated at Mirawais Hospital before being transferred to Jilaney Hospital in Pakistan, where he died. 

Hospital bills along with witness statements and a shura letter was provided as proof of the incident. The incident was also independently verified by the TF Trident S2 at FOB Wilson.
