Project Description
This project is submitted in preparation to repair road, canal, and other community damages caused by seasonal flood and mudslide damage in Nurgaram district.
Project Goals
Roads shall remain clear, passable and completely free of debris and mud. Traffic will not be restricted by washouts. Canals and structures will be repaired and and cleared allowing crops and farmlands to receive necessary irrigation.
Results
Yet another glitch in the extreme failure of a system that we call CIDNE. This project was cancelled in November 2009, and has reverted back to an open status twice since then. Every time the CIDNE people change things in the database. The units have to waste incredible amounts of time researching all these old project that revert to open status, because the closure comments disappear. This project shows as cancelled on the SIPR side. Therefore, the project status is being administratively changed from "Nominated - In Staffing" to "Terminated/Cancelled". -SAL 12 DEC 2010
