Project Description

This project allows pay agents to use money as a means of condolence for battlefield damage in Zhari District, Kandahar Province. The unit is on patrols daily and there is inevitably going to be damage to local national property or civilian casualties, and paying the people on the spot coincides with the Afghan code of Pashtun Wali.

Project Goals

Decrease negative perception of ISAF in Zhari District, Kandahar Province by paying people in a quick, efficient manner after battlefield damage occurs, which falls in line with the Afghan code of Pashtun Wali.

Project completed as desired.
