Project Goals

This project satisfies an urgent, chronic, or acute humanitarian need because the current local government officials do not have an office that is available for use. The facility was significantly damaged in INS IDF attacks.

08JUL12: Closure ADR, Clearance Memo, and Termination for Convenience Memo uploaded onto CIDNE for project termination.

21JUN12: The incoming unit, 173d, said that unofficially, they are looking at pulling all American troops from Jaghato District as soon as 60 days after TOA. This would jeaopardize the District Center Renovation Project and the Midwife Center for the Jaghato Clinic. I notified BDE S9 today of the rumor. I will raise it on Saturday's CERP review board mtg.

22 MAY 2012: Spoke with unit today. Said that significant progress was being made with contractor vetting. SM.

31MAR12: re-uploaded LOJ signed by LTC Horney.

29DEC2011: Updating PR&C with BDE commander's signature on block 34/35. Corrected ADR & PR&C PPO, PA, and PM names to match on both documents.
