This project will build protective walls around thre Karemdad school in Nerkh District, Wardak Province. The school is at the convergence of five valleys and hundreds of children attend every day. There is a very strong demand signal from the local population to build these walls, and ODA 3124 assesses that this project will enhance perception of GIRoA to meet civic needs at the district level.
