Construction of 15-room dormitory for the Provincial Advisory Council
Project Goals
Reason for Project: Provide facility for PAC personnel to stay overnight when they come from all over province to Jbad for meetings. Desired Project Effects: PAC personnel, who are taking an initiative to be a part of the democratic process, can use this facility when they travel from all over the province to Jbad for meetings. This will cut down on members traveling late at night back to their homes or having to find accommodations out of their own pockets. Measureable Effects: The PAC members and other individuals who travel to Jbad for business will be safer and more convenient while conducting PAC business each month.
