Catherine Bellah Keller is the Deputy General Counsel for Strategic Initiatives of the U.S. Department of Commerce. She joined the U.S. Department of Commerce from Latham & Watkins LLP. At Latham, Ms. Keller represented companies with respect to securities matters and capital markets transactions as well as other compliance and regulatory matters. Prior to Latham, she was counsel at Dimensional Fund Advisors, a global investment management firm.
