She has had an extensive career in the national security arena in both the public and private sectors. Within the Department of Defense, Ms. Ricardel held the positions of Acting Assistant Secretary of Defense and Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for International Security policy and Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Eurasia, and was awarded the Department of Defense Medal for Distinguished Public Service. Ms. Ricardel also served as Legislative Assistant for Arms Control and Foreign Policy to Republican Leader Bob Dole. From 2006–2015, Ms. Ricardel held senior leadership positions within Boeing Defense Space and Security, most recently Vice President, International Business Development, Network & Space Systems, where she led the business unit’s marketing and growth strategies for international markets. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and completed doctoral course work at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.

At Cornell, James was an editor and global liaison at the Cornell International Affairs Review and was part of a research team focused on human rights and nuclear proliferation in Iran. He was chosen to deliver the team’s paper “Reflections on the American National Conversation Regarding Iran’s Nuclear Policy” at the Arab Institute for Security Studies conference entitled “Laying the Grounds for 2012 – Nuclear Non-Proliferation and Nuclear Security” in Amman, Jordan. James previously clerked at the American Center for Law and Justice, covering US domestic and international policy as well as human rights issues in the Middle East and North Africa. James has interned with the Archons of the Ecumenical Patriarchate and has been interested in Turkey since the age of 16 when he produced and directed a documentary entitled On the Precipice of Extinction, which outlines the religious freedom and human rights issues facing the Greek Orthodox community of Turkey.

Ms. Wendy Teramoto serves as the Managing Director and Partner of WL Ross & Co. LLC. Ms. Teramoto focuses on private equity investments in the rail, shipping and natural resource industries. Her responsibilities include bankruptcy, reorganization, international restructuring, merger and acquisition advisory services and valuation analyses. Ms. Teramoto served as Senior Vice President at Nexeo Solutions, Inc (WL Ross Holding Corp). since March 2014. She serves as an Assistant Secretary at ICG merger sub Inc. and Anker Merger Sub Inc. Ms. Teramoto served as a Secretary of ICG, Inc., from October 2004 to April 2005. Her background includes accounting experience at Price Waterhouse and Ernst & Young. She serves as a Director of Diamond S Shipping Group, Inc. She serves as a Director of DSS Holdings GP Limited and Nautical Bulk Holding Limited. She served as a Director at Navigator Holdings Ltd. from November 21, 2014 to July 2017. She served as a Director at The Greenbrier Companies, Inc. since June 2009 until March 31, 2017. She served as a Director of International Coal Group, Inc. from April 2005 to June 2011. She served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Anker.
