Results

The HWY2 culvery protection system was completed according to the statement of work based on information submitted by the contractor prior to the final payment. The work was valuable IOT reduce the number of IEDs on the highway and improve FOM for CF and LNs. The project may have been more successful through the implementation of low water crossings instead, but was successful in attempting to prevent IEDs. No opinion on recommending this contractor's work, but the contractor was exceptionally easy to work with considering CF delayed final payment by over 6 months because of paperwork issues.
