Spoke with a military mom in Dover-Foxcroft recently whose son recently came home after 20 years in the Middle East. He saw his best friend die in front of him. When these wars began, nobody imagined our soldiers would be thrown overseas for two decades with no clear mission.

With no sense of irony or self awareness, Maine Dems peddling the new Russian Red Scare say Margaret Chase Smith — the Republican U.S. Senator famous for speaking against labeling Americans as Russian assets — would be on their side.
