I fought to declassify 28 pages of the 9/11 Report highlighting Saudi links to the September 11 attacks. This led to legislation allowing the families of 9/11 victims to sue Saudi Arabia — vetoed by @BarackObama because of economic retaliation.

Throughout the Obama Administration, the U.S. government gave weapons to radical Muslim groups allied with ISIS and Al Qaeda to promoting violent political revolution in Syria and Libya. Does that mean Washington D.C. is a “state sponsor of terrorism?”

(3.) Finally (and perhaps most importantly), there is no authorization in the Constitution for the federal government to exercise the power to ban flavored vape cartridges. The 9th and 10th Amendments make it very clear that this policy is unconstitutional.

@SenatorBrakey
I urge those in Washington D.C. who support this infringement on the freedoms of the American people to reconsider and abandon this policy. A prohibition of flavored vape cartridges will be both ineffective and unconstitutional.

(2.) Second, million of Americans have successfully used e-cigarettes as a tobacco cessation product, breaking the grip of addiction to cigarettes and other tobacco products. This prohibition will make it more difficult for those with tobacco addictions to quit smoking.

As Free Americans, we have the right to make our own decisions with out personal health. For many reasons, I strongly disagree with the administration's decision to ban flavored vape cartridges in America.

(1.) First, these prohibitionist policies always fail to make anyone safer. Prohibition drives products underground into unregulated black markets where no one asks for ID and there is no legal recourse against those who sell unsafe products.

"The enemy of my enemy is my friend," so they say. But Syria never attacked us an Al Qaeda did. So why did Washington DC decide Syria was the bigger enemy? Why were they willing to partner with the terrorist organization that murdered 3,000 American civilians on 9/11?

Keynesian economics says consumption drives the economy. That's a bunch of bull. Only by saving and investing can we build a better future.

@JeffusonGeetar @SteveCollinsSJ @sunjournal Hey Jeffrey — This breakdown in discourse has taken place on both sides. There are those on the left and right how hurl insults at each other, rather than engaging in dialogue. I agree, it is not productive.
