I agree, & “figuring out how to drive less” should be a lot easier. It took me 2hrs by to commute to my internship in college, the same drive is 45min. Ppl tend to pick the most time-efficient option, & it’s the government’s job to give ppl better options. @upzonenj What do you feel is missing so far? I’m working on a different, more community-focused approach to platform building. What priorities do you want to see reflected?

@ZaidaGrunes Thanks for sharing that! What I see there though are carrots, positive incentives for owners to rent out. What I’m talking about is a stick, a negative incentive to make the cost of that particular business move bigger than the opportunity cost of holding out for higher rents.

“Amor Prohibido” by Selena is a banger, and it’s basically their story lol. Abuelo loved & cared for Abuela especially as she aged and could no longer care for herself. They were married 64 years before Abuela passed. I thank God for their example that love overcomes all.
